What we love:  Jellies bring us back to the 80s!

This fascinating PVC ribbon is translucent in a neon pink shade.  Have fun playing with the transparency, or layer it to increase color intensity and opacity.  We think this ribbon would be a fun accent for beach or flip flop wreaths (beach balls, anyone?), jelly bean candy wreaths for Easter, or April Showers Bring May Flowers projects as the material is reminiscent of rain boots and rain coats.
